This project involved liaising with 12 owners to purchase a roof space on an existing 1950’s block of flats near Battersea Park. Complex legal and planning issues were resolved to enable the development of a 3000sq ft lateral penthouse with a large roof terrace and spectacular sky-scapes.

This project retains the 50’s “ Festival of Britain” aesthetic while adding a Manhattan loft vibe. Colours were kept to a minimum in order to produce space to showcase the client's paintings.
